“Lovely campus! Went to visit a friend at uni there. Bit of a pain that it is quite far away from the city centre though. Lots of options to eat in the student union building which are all reasonably priced for hot food. Accommodation (Halls) is right on campus which makes first year easier. Very pretty when it snows!”

As that's where most Bus stops are, so to go all the way down to the bank is frustrating as the broadmarch is closed and I dont shop far when pushing a wheelchair as it's down hill.\\nso just to get cash out I use other atms at different Banks,”

“The staff are alright but 2 Counter services is appalling for a city centre branch. The Line can take Ages sometimes. Needs at least 3 Counter services and a sign pointing to the counter service as a wall is hiding it. Very understaffed unfortunately. Santander only care about profits more than customers! A joke”

“So we use this company at work for credit applications and can honestly say I have never had any complaints, the e-signature on their website was down and took a day or two to fix only my application had been stopped for security. NADIA was the best assistant I could have wished for today and within minutes had everything all sorted and was lovely to speak with somebody who was so helpful she went above and beyond to fix things. such a polite lady who will be working her way up the ladder very quickly as she can manage things better than any other member of staff. 10 out of 10 for her amazing efforts and super fast ability's.”
