“I went in with my twin toddlers and they where very unsettled in the pram. An amazing staff member took the twins and pushed them around the shop to keep them quiet while another staff member helped me with what face products where the best for my skin. Honestly made the visit to the chemist less stressful and allowed me to get what I needed. Definitely will return as they where so helpful. Thanks girls ?”

“Returned an item on the 7th November. Quiz stating they didn't receive it until the 20th. Refund not going to be processed until the 4th December. Totally inflexible approach to Customer Service. Every message is replied to with a scripted answer!! When you place an order they charge and deliver very quickly. I don't understand why the refund process isn't as efficient! I am very reluctant to use this company in the future.”

“Staff eager to please and plenty of good quality items. Loved being able to park in the Malls own carpark. Felt very safe throughout the Mall with plenty of hand sanitiser units around and it has security personnel and a carpark attendant to help out when required. Top marks.”
“Had a little trip to Dobbies today. It’s a lovely store lots to see and do. How ever we had a very embarrassing situation in the soft play area. As we were finishing our meal in we were asked to leave four times, as our “time was up” we had to leave our half eaten meal as it was too awkward to finish. It wasn’t cheap either. I was approached by another customer in the bathroom who witnessed our quick exit, she began to tell me how she had the same unyielding and abrupt treatment. I felt sorry for her as she had two kids with her, who obviously loved the place.”

“I like the fact that as a 5 foot tall lady, I can still find glamorous clothes to fit at a reasonable price. Jeans come in all lengths so I never leave the shop empty handed. The staff are very nice and very helpful.”
