“Always love this place. Clothes are great and staff always know whether to ask you for help or let you have a look for yourself. Also, I think the staff create a great microclimate by greeting you with a smile and talking to their fellow staff, making the shop appear lively and inviting. Great store, always satisfied.”
“I know this shop well and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They work quickly as they are usually busy but they're on top of that. Also I'm a clean opiate addict and one lady in particular has been super nice and always asks how I'm doing. Especially since my mother died last year. So I might sound biased, I'm not. It's a great wee shop. The reason I gave 4 * is because nothing is perfect but it's close ? ❤️”
“Quite near the entrance to Bow Street Mall, this is a busy chemist, pharmacy. All the usual toiletries one would expect and a fairly extensive perfume counter. Probably better value pricewise than the nearby large Boots shop with similar stock!”

“Staff eager to please and plenty of good quality items. Loved being able to park in the Malls own carpark. Felt very safe throughout the Mall with plenty of hand sanitiser units around and it has security personnel and a carpark attendant to help out when required. Top marks.”
