My only criticism would be nothing to do with the staff at all, but £9 to fit windscreen wipers (a job which took the guy 30-60 seconds to do is, I feel, excessive - my arm is damaged so I had no choice but to pay. “Ana the manager was very lovely to me when I came in and I left really delighted! I’d gotten some laces for my shoes, and Ana took time and showed me in detail how to tie these properly as they required double knotting due to the length compared to the shoe eyelets - she stayed calm, kind and professional despite an unexpected moment with a late store delivery. I was really impressed by the service and their attitude in the middle of that, thank you so much!!!”

“Went here today to pick up a prescription for myself. It was my first time ever getting a script from here but the pharmacist was so helpful and lovely to be so early in the morning I mean it was 9am only opened I think I was the 1st customer. I had a look round afterwards and its a small shop but well stocked and everything you would need. Quite spacious and airy pleasant to walk around.”

“I called into Halfords, Boucher, Belfast for some gas canisters for my camping stove. I realised I needed air in my tyre on setting out that morning. I then noticed Halfords attending to a vehicle outside, I enquired, and the customer care assistant advised me, the service was, a free 10 point car check which didn't involve inflating the tyres, but would check the tyre pressure. On further advice from the customer care team, I signed up to Halfords Free Motoring Club. I was booked in for a car check there and then. I called back after shopping and not only was my car checked, but the very helpful customer care team had also inflated my tyre for me. I was so grateful as it was also a very wet and cold day. Thank you very much indeed, a very helpful and friendly team.”

“Visited this store a couple of times and they certainly do have big labels at small prices. I'd have liked to have seen a little more knit wear and perhaps some more Irish Labels, but overall the experience was good and the staff were extremely helpful.I was able to change an item (with the receipt) and was also given the option to have the money replaced on the card.Thank you Oper:6046”

There was a specific perfume I wanted to smell and asked if they had one already opened.The staff member was very helpful and opened a box. She was very chatty and had great customer service skills. “Amazing experience - I’d been running around trying to find a good quality sofa when I stopped in to Next to look at sofas haphazardly. Ended up asking a couple of questions that turned into an in depth overview of materials, sizings and styles of sofas. The manager (who I believe is called Mark) was brilliant at not only giving advice, information and colour swatches but also at giving space to have a think over what you were looking at.

Never a fan of feeling under pressure in a store and didn’t feel it here. I walked in sure I wasn’t getting a sofa from next and left sold on the idea that there was nowhere better.

I went in a day later and Anna was also a brilliant help. Very quick, chatty and friendly ensuring the colour, material and sizing were definitely what I wanted before ordering and talking me through the finance process making it a breeze.

The sofa has now arrived and again I’m really impressed, the delivery men were friendly and efficient. I live in a quirky terrace and getting it into the room I wanted upstairs was dubious but they did a great job.

Finally the verdict on the sofa is that it is very comfortable, fits perfectly and the colour and texture is exactly what I wanted. It’s another piece added to my home office that I’m slowly trying to decorate.

The finance team were also great in that I could change the date to one that suited me better payment wise (but that technically Barclays).

I’m waiting on an ottoman that should arrive soon but I’m not worried in the slightest about quality if everything so far is what I’m going off.

Overall I genuinely don’t think there is anything I could say that would be negative about my experience. Some of the best customer service I’ve had in years and I’ve dealt with a lot of companies and businesses in the last year since moving home. 11/10

“Visited the forestside branch for the first time today as my friends had told me about the great prices on sale items. I needed assistance and was approached by a young lady Laura who noticed I needed help. She was extremely friendly and helpful in picking out alternative items as the dress I was looking for was out of stock. She helped put a reminder on my phone app for when the dress will be back in stock online and signed me up for free delivery and extra discounts at the till. I was served by Emma who was very pleasant and gave me my 10% discount. Very happy with the service in this store and although the dress was not in stock in my size I left with a bag of shopping... will definitely visit again!”

“Want to recognise 2 brilliant members of staff, Bre and Danielle. I went into the shop wanting advice on my bra fittings and both of them were very friendly and super helpful. Danielle went above and beyond getting me different styles and offering assistance on each until we found what suited me best and I felt comfortable in.
Such great customer service is somewhat rare these days and was very much appreciated.
