“Good range of clothes for everyone. Prices reasonable. Some good bargains. Disappointed that not all sizes were available in some items. Household and kids toys sold too. There was only one check out, the others were all self service tills. Definitely recommend a visit. Free carparking.”

“Pharmacist, Rachel (girl with friendly face, dark hair and glasses) has helped me on the day before my wedding on August 2022. I had allergy issues that has been so severe since we moved in Newtownabbey and she accommodated me and helped me out with regards my medications and sorted it out for me as soon as she could. There was an issue with one of the branches and she totally assisted me all throughout that stressful time. I was so thankful to her as nobody would want to look like a frog on their wedding day. She basically is one of the nicest people I have met in the pharmacy. All staff have always been lovely but Rachel is exceptionally professional, approachable and kind to her customers / patients. Because of this positive experience, I've always told my friend to nominate this Boots Pharmacy whenever they need prescription meds because you guys have never failed me from since we moved. You are all extremely efficient!I am very happy that people like Rachel exists in this world. We need more Rachels!! ??”

“We were in the Longwood Road Newtownabbey store on Thursday 4th May and were very impressed with the staff member who served us - called Kelly. I was looking for wide fitting flat shoes to accommodate a severe bunion and hammer toe. Kelly was very knowledgeable about the range of products and pointed me to a good selection of wide fitting shoes and also advised on which brands it might be an idea to size up on, and made good suggestions. She was extremely pleasant and patient - nothing was too much trouble, but she also gave you space to try on without feeling hovered over. Kelly is a credit to this Pavers store.Maggie Charteris”

“This store is always very chaotic but the staff are well positioned in store and easy to find. They were making a great effort to try and fold clothes after people just dumped them back on the shelves.The clothes we purchased were well priced and good quality. The cashier was very friendly and made light conversation.The queue was dealt with urgently and attended to. Management was out and about to ensure service levels are well maintained.There was a complaint ahead of us and the staff were very attentive and empathetic to the customer.Great overall experience”

“I flew in today here after work as I needed to find a mascara for my daughter, I normally shop online because I hate busy shops but i needed to buy it today. I was a bit flustered but a lovely young lady called Lyla (I remember the name cause its a bit unusual) had so much patience helping me find the exact one, I just knew it was called Sky something and it was definitely made by Maybelline. She took time out to show me the range to make sure I got the right thing, she was a joy to speak to and didn't make me feel stupid or rushed, it was a pleasure speaking with her and I'll probably go back to the Superdrug in Abbeycenter instead of town!”

I approached the counter and the young male called for the manager.Under the rule of law, the lady was under no obligation to honour the marked price. The lady informed myself that the price was set to increase to £15-£17, however she honoured the marked price.It does not cost much to be nice or kind. Thank you”
