“Just been to go outdoors for walking shoes, staff very helpful, I was able to make an informed choice because of Olivias expert knowledge and advice, Charlene was wonderful in double checking I was buying for the purpose and if I needed anything else, these 2 ladies were able to multi task me between other clients and had a good balance of leaving me to think and being on hand to help answer my questions.
I bought the same shoes for second time. Very impressed with the products and extensive choice, got a great price also.”

Soo I was going give 4 stars because that ....
Yeah I think that's fair if I take star away because they don't always have great selection of sizes....it's Always small or medium.... Rarely you'll see large and even rarer to find XL and basically impossible to get 1 XL (only options is getting it online on website.... But problem with that is you don't know exactly what it looks and feels like)... Soo could be something you didn't want but you spend over £200 on top and bottoms... Yes you can get it changed or refund but hassle that over tracksuit.... Soo it's like waste time and effort lol”

“This Primark store has the best staff. They're very helpful and polite. I was looking for some items and the girl in the menswear section couldn't have been more helpful. She went out of her way to look for them. The cashiers at the checkouts are the same. Well done to all the staff in a lovely store!”

“Had a great experience at pavers abbeycentre all because of the wonderful lady who helped didn’t know what her name was but she was an older lady and I showed her the pair of slip ins in the website they didn’t have them but she went out of her way and checked the warehouse and got them ordered and my partner also bought a pair and they were so much cheaper than the Skechers store will defo buy from there again based on the ladies customer service she was absolutely lovely and spent the time helping out and explained everything clearly you deserve the recognition”

“Offer at Newtownabbey Marks&Spencer, ciabatta bacon bap and coffee £6! Bap was moist and well filled with bacon and tasted delicious. The cappuccino was amazing! Properly created with deep foam and not waterly asinine some other coffee shops. Altogether very good at an excellent place.”

“Pharmacist, Rachel (girl with friendly face, dark hair and glasses) has helped me on the day before my wedding on August 2022. I had allergy issues that has been so severe since we moved in Newtownabbey and she accommodated me and helped me out with regards my medications and sorted it out for me as soon as she could. There was an issue with one of the branches and she totally assisted me all throughout that stressful time. I was so thankful to her as nobody would want to look like a frog on their wedding day. She basically is one of the nicest people I have met in the pharmacy. All staff have always been lovely but Rachel is exceptionally professional, approachable and kind to her customers / patients. Because of this positive experience, I've always told my friend to nominate this Boots Pharmacy whenever they need prescription meds because you guys have never failed me from since we moved. You are all extremely efficient!I am very happy that people like Rachel exists in this world. We need more Rachels!! ??”
