“I had received a couple of items online from MW and needed to exchange. One item was damaged on arrival. I thought I'd try my local store at Banbridge.Tony was helpful in every way. Items were refunded and then reordered and delivered to my door. Best of all no postal charges.I took up a lot of staff time asking questions and checking specs and Ruth, Tony's colleague, made sure other customers weren't waiting around for me to finish.Very good experience. MH not only delivers great kit, but if you hit the sales and discounts at the right time you can get some serious bargains.The staff at Banbridge Boulevard store underscored in person the great customer service I've experienced from from MH online.
