“I recently purchased a pair of shoes for my son communion online from JJ Donnelly, after they hadn’t arrived I contacted the store & immediately got a response from Gavin, unfortunately the shoes had been lost during postage ? ( no fault of the store ) to my absolute delight Gavin. quickly found me a replacement pair & had them sent to me straight away & to his credit the shoes arrived the following day. He also kept contact with me until the shoes arrived at my home. I most definitely will purchase from this store in the future, honestly can’t recommend it enough.
