“I am only giving this 5 stars because of the lovely young lady in Footwear I can't remember if she is called Ashleigh or something along thoses lines. She seems to be the only one I see working Constantly. The young lady actually approached me that's been a first. Not only did I get a hello but how is your day? She paused and waited my response. I told her fine. I didnt want to take my mood from her colleague out on her. And then asked can she help in anyway or would I like to try on some shoes. I told her about how the Male staff member was meant to be serving me, She is was very apologetic when I told her about how her colleague even forgot he was serving me. ”
