Very enthusiastic to help and explained everything, my z flip needed a new back and a new screen due to the fold and all was fixed and left tip top in 3 hrs ... really fantastic place and the replacement screen was free , staff were 1st class on each occasion could not fault and that's a rarity for me

Ordered a USB C cable. Delayed delivered which I found out about when I contacted customer care. Couldn't advise a timeframe of when it would be delivered
