“I called in in a panic with a broken screen and lcd and in need of urgent data salvaging. Daniel Phillips was so helpful I cannot thank him enough. Not only did they fix my screen within the hour I also got a great value upgrade. Did not feel at any point like it was a sales push - I asked for the upgrade. While in I saw so many elderly customers coming in to get their friendly and personable help with their phones. Everyone in the shop was so patient and willing to help. I was so impressed and will definitely be going back next time I need anything phone related. It was so nice to be able to deal with a person rather than deal remotely with a chatbot or over the phone. Thank you Dan!!”

Naturally if I need to go into an O2 store I will make an effort to go to this one as clearly they want to help.”
