Unit 9“I am a senior citizen and I called into the o2 shop at the park centre Belfast tonight as I was having some teething problems with my new Samsung phone.I was served by very pleasant young lady called Eimear who was very patient with helping me sort out the problems. She explained everything step by step and with great clarity whichI could clearly understand.I left the shop with my faith restored in human nature by the way I was dealt with by Eimear and would go on to say that she is an great asset to your company.”

Unit 23b“It's an O2 shop like most others, very tidy and well maintained. Of particular note was Grainne who was both very knowledgeable and very friendly, she was so nice I ended up buying an iPad as well as an iPhone. Great experience”

Unit 11“Thank you to Carl for being one of 8 O2 store members who actually was willing to help me. I’ve been to 4 other stores who all said their systems are down and to ring 202… of course themuns at the call centre say you can’t do it over the phone and need to go into O2… I was passing by and tried my luck and I was in and out in 5 minutes as he knew what to do. Naturally if I need to go into an O2 store I will make an effort to go to this one as clearly they want to help.”

“We made an appointment online to speak to a client representative regarding our iPhone cellular data not working. Our appointment was for the next day mid-afternoon. We met with William who was available earlier than our pre-arranged appointment time. He easily located the problem with one of the iPhones and got the access up and running within minutes. William was very patient with our significant lack of IT experience. As seniors and first-time tourists to Belfast, we appreciated his service perspective and willingness to help us resolve the problem!”

Unit 28“I've been coming into Castle Court for 3 years and the experience is fantastic never once have I left with a bad experience. The store should be 5 stars on Google reviews all the staff have been brilliant when I've visited the store. A credit to the management team who have trained them.”
