I’ve been to 4 other stores who all said their systems are down and to ring 202… of course themuns at the call centre say you can’t do it over the phone and need to go into O2… I was passing by and tried my luck and I was in and out in 5 minutes as he knew what to do. We met with William who was available earlier than our pre-arranged appointment time. He easily located the problem with one of the iPhones and got the access up and running within minutes. William was very patient with our significant lack of IT experience.
