“My phone got badly damaged recently, I took it into this shop and the owner let me know the options and potential costs to get it repaired and that he would know more after a deeper look. Later same day he let me know it was unfortunately beyond repair and even the most expensive recovery option would be unlikely. Really appreciated his honesty, other shops would have proposed attempting recovery and charging me. He didn't even charge for his time to look into fixing it. If I ever need phone repair again I'll be taking it here.”
