“Such a good vibe for a Monday night, loved the door men, so smart and opening the door every time we went in and out, made us feel like real ladies. Pity bit expensive, but such is a good time!!!”

“As always with Premier Inns the rooms are spotless, comfy bed and tea making facilities. We arrived before check in time and had hoped to be able to get in, but alas not. Breakfast was excellent, but my husband was most disappointed that cooked breakfast was unavailable on our 2nd morning as there was refurbishment going on........unfortunate timing!”

When asked for a later check out , she sorted straight away. Breakfast all you can eat buffet. Really good quality . Again staff were amazing with my 6year old so friendly. Bar staff were great very attentive. In all a absolute pleasure experience from start to finish. Staff very helpful for information travelling. They are a credit to the Holiday inn.”

“This is the BEST Ibis I have ever stayed in with the friendliest, most helpful staff possible, especially Conan, Stuart, Queren, Emma, Andrew and Biljana who are wonderful! The staff all work as a strong team and make the guest feel SO welcome! I miss them. I asked for a very quiet room and was given the quietest room in the hotel.”

“Travelling in the middle of the pandemic means being willing to accept some limitations and here that meant that the hotel room was not automatically cleaned unless specifically requested (to avoid mixing), but the rrom was clean and bright and the staff friendly. The location is great for the city centre, the university, the Botanic Gardens and Ulster Museum. Would certainly stay here again.”

“Chose this hotel due to its proximity to PRONI and the SSE Arena, and the ease of travel from the airport. The chain has this weird nickel-and-dime attitude to some of it services: £10 for early check-in (either the rooms are ready or they’re not…), £5 (£5!) for 24 hours of fast wi-fi, 20p to add cream to your hot chocolate. That being said, the rooms are exceptionally clean, well appointed, and of a good size. The public areas, including the bar and restaurant are well kept up. The restaurant has a selection of decent food and drink; it is the breakfasts though, that stand out. But what really makes this hotel a delight to visit are the staff, who are helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to make a stay smooth and enjoyable. My thanks to them for making our time there so pleasant.”

“Great location, friendly professional staff. Clean and well serviced. The only down side, although plenty of food, the evening meals were not great! Always only cauliflower for the vegetable. Not much desert or fresh fruit! However overall a good place to stay whilst exploring Belfast.”

“I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed my stay here and I think that was primarily down to the service from the staff. I was checked in by the hotel manager who was friendly and managed to secure me an early check in. At various times when passing through reception, the staff were going above and beyond to help out guests and didn’t make you feel like an inconvenience or they were helping you because they had to, but you felt like they were helping you as they wanted to. The hotel was clean, well maintained and I managed to get great sleep every night.”

“Stayed overnight at Leonardos in a family room ! Room was perfect and asked for a quiet room - which I got. The reception staff who checked me in was a young man who was very helpful - even though very busy. The bar was great for pre-dinner drinks - very cosy and nice staff ! Parked at Value car park around the corner - location brilliant - all in all - very good”

“The best thing about this Travelodge is its great location. Another nice thing is the friendly reception and the cleaning staff.. About the room : The bed , chair and desk were similar to the modern Travelodge in Dublin. But this is where similarity ends: A diagonal dimly lit room , not small , three big windows inviting day light in(but we only came back to our room at night), a desk in the corner with no light above it, nowhere to put your personal belongings except for a few hangers (so we kept our stuff in our carry-ons during our 4 nights stay), clean washroom but old and worn out . Down at the reception , they could not help me with a desk lamp. In short the hotel needs renovation and/or better maintenance. No breakfast .Did I write that location was great ?Rooms: need better maintenance , and lighting = renovation !!!Food & drinks: ???? (at the neighboring pubs ,restaurants etc.)”
