“The rooms and the hotel were a work of art! The hotel was right next to the Titanic Museum so it was very convenient to go do a tour which is worth every penny. Very friendly staff and very clean hotel. The 3 star for service had to do with some of the staff providing confusing/conflicting info when checking in and also had to do with parking. Other than that, it was great.”

“Stayed here for 2 nights in March 2024 with my 9 year old son. Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Location is brilliant (right across from the Europa Bus Centre with its every 15 minute services to the airport). Breakfast was fantastic and Starbucks Coffee on site is always a winner for me.Our room was comfortable enough but the water pressure in the shower was awful. Like a trickle at times. Didn’t ruin our stay though.Great breakfast as well!”

“we just had our wedding in this hotel on sat and I couldn't wait to write a review. The wedding planner Chloe is a complete gem so very good at her job goes way way above expectations For me the hotel is a must for a city wedding. the receptionist, breakfast staff and night porters are the warmest people I have ever meet but not just ro me to all my family they treat you like family. if you are wanting a well planned we'll priced great location for your wedding call their planner Chloe best in the business.”

“Went in yesterday the bartender Nathan was just so nice and pleasant. my friend and I where sitting drinking and just noticed how nice and friendly he was to every costumer that had came up to the bar he's a good egg just thought I'd leave a review for him.”

“The lady in reception was amazing, even booking us a table at Tzatziki in Greek, thank you so much , sorry I didn't catch her nameRooms: Massive bed, very clean.Food & drinks: Lovely all you can eat breakfast £10 , great value . They also do a meal deal for £24.95 which is a 2 course dinner with a drink and all you can eat breakfast. We didn't try this but will next time we go to Belfast.”

“We had an amazing stay here! We had a room upgrade to a beautiful view. Breakfast was 1st class, especially the black pudding.
We had an evening meal too and it was delicious. Ruth, was so friendly and helpful, in fact all the staff were very helpful ?
Would definitely recommend.”

“Travelling in the middle of the pandemic means being willing to accept some limitations and here that meant that the hotel room was not automatically cleaned unless specifically requested (to avoid mixing), but the rrom was clean and bright and the staff friendly. The location is great for the city centre, the university, the Botanic Gardens and Ulster Museum. Would certainly stay here again.”

“Good hotel, in a great location.Hotel was really modern and well decorated. Room was a decent size, bed was super comfy but the bathroom was a bit small and bit less modern.Really easy check in and check out, very accommodating with storing luggage. There is a bar on the ground floor that also serves food but we didn't have a chance to try either.Would recommend for those looking for a fairly affordable hotel in a great location.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were close to all amenties. Hotel was lovely and spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.Walkability: Every amenity including shops bars buses were all within a 20 minute walk.”

“A centrally located hotel, meaning we could walk everywhere (except we took a taxi to Titanic!)Mark welcomed us with warmth and humour on checking in.Wonderful staff, a welcoming bar area and clean, comfortable bedrooms.As a Coeliac, my only issue with this hotel was the gluten free bread & cereal offerings at breakfast; they were very poor quality. Some improvements in this area would be welcome.I will definitely recommend this hotel.Claire”

“Recently found ourselves in a situation where we needed last minute accommodation for 1 night. Called into Leonardo's and we're able to get accommodation. James at reception was a very helpful and polite chap. Hotel and room clean, comfy bed. Breakfast selection was very good.Rooms: Bed comfortable. Room had a kettle .Food & drinks: Breakfast selection was excellent”

“Another wonderful stay at Malone Lodge. They were extremely accommodating and Tony in particular treated my children like royalty at breakfast. Food was delicious and very clean.”

“Lovely clean comfortable Twin room, staff were all very helpful and friendly. Hotel location is brilliant, so central, easy walk to Hop on Hop off bus start and to the Crown Pub, and very easy walk to and from main Bus station. Lots of shops around too.Only downfall is noisy at night from the pubs around, and we were on 7th floor. Hotel really needs to install triple glazing - but slept well there anyway. Definitely recommend for good priced central hotel”
