The rooms and the hotel were a work of art! The hotel was right next to the Titanic Museum so it was very convenient to go do a tour which is worth every penny. Very friendly staff and very clean hotel. The 3 star for service had to do with some of the staff providing confusing/conflicting info when checking in and also... read full comment

Went for a quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Food was nice but the staff were terrible. Got the order wrong. Chips were cold and had to be sent back. Waitress didn’t apologise and looked disgusted when we complained. Food took 36 mins to come. It arrived and we had been given no cutlery and it took them about 4 minutes... read full comment
