The rooms and the hotel were a work of art! The hotel was right next to the Titanic Museum so it was very convenient to go do a tour which is worth every penny. Very friendly staff and very clean hotel. The 3 star for service had to do with some of the staff providing confusing/conflicting info when checking in and also had to do with parking. Other than that, it was great.

Went for a quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Food was nice but the staff were terrible. Got the order wrong. Chips were cold and had to be sent back. Waitress didn?t apologise and looked disgusted when we complained. Food took 36 mins to come. It arrived and we had been given no cutlery and it took them about 4 minutes to sort that. No one asked how the food was or did we need another drink. We had no drink for the whole meal. Wouldn?t be back.

Beautiful hotel. Staff need to be much better trained. Too little attention paid to customers. No supervision is visible. The wait for a drink or offer if a menu is unacceptable. The food when you manage to get it is excellent. Prices are okay considering where you are. There's a fabulous area called The Maritime mile if running, walking, or biking is your thing ?.Nearby activities: Titanic experience on your doorstepMaritime mile awaits.

Mothers Day afternoon tea was a complete let down. First off, we were in the Drawing Room which was cold. Yes, it has a high ceiling etc but it really should have been a bit warmer. We were given little jars of fresh cream, which were off!! That should never happen in a hotel of this calibre. When we said to the staff they said, oh your not the first to have said that today and brought a fresh portion of cream, but it was no use as the scones had already had the stale cream on and were unedible. The pianist that was included in the price, only played briefly during our visit. We were constantly having to wave and gesture to the staff for attention. When we queried the charge, they told us that mums got a free box of chocolates. So why did the daughters have to pay the extra too? And, who are they to chose or decide which members of the group were or weren't mother's?? I wouldn't recommend The Titanic as there are much nicer afternoon teas available in Belfast that are better value.

We treated my mother to a weekend away at the titanic hotel. We were a group of 6. The hotel staff really made our stay. Because I was organising everything I was a bit stressed and the staff never made me feel like I was being a bit much. Even though I know I was! They helped organise our cab tours which I would say are a must do when in Belfast. The staff in the bar helped organise a space to watch the match. The hotel itself was very exact in encompassing the vibe of the titanic and the white star line. 5 stars overall.

Absolutely fabulous hotel !!!! From check in to check out our experience was unreal. Rooms were spacious with fab decor and a very comfy bed, breakfast consisted of a huge variety of buffet breakfast foods, dined in the hotel restaurant which served beautifully prepared meals. Overall our stay was faultless and we will definitely be back

The actual hotel was gorgeous, and the breakfast buffet and a la carte menu were great. Wouldn?t recommend the hotel bar though, the spicy margarita was almost undrinkable and the service was very slowRooms: Include hairdryer, coffee machine, pods, instant coffee, tea, biscuits, bottled water.
