“This is by far one of my favourite hotels in Northern Ireland. The ambience and feel is 5 star foe sure. Food and service are exceptional. I love the spa facilities which are newly updated and they only allow guest staying at the hotel to use these facilities which is great. Totally recommend a stay here. They also have lice music in the bar at weekends.”

“Premier Inn, what a relief they are there when you need them.3 nights stay 24-26 October. We recently had a 3 night stay booked at another hotel in the area, the Gwesty Carreg Bran Hotel, which is around 2 miles from this great Premier inn. For reasons described in my review of the Gwesty Carreg Bran Hotel we did not stay there and were in need of replacement accomadation for 3 nights and headed straight back to the Premier Inn we had passed by earlier. On arrival at a quite busy time we were greeted by Kim at reception who said there were rooms available and she was very helpful and very patient while we went through the online booking on my phone. While chatting with Kim we found out that although she has lived in Wales for many years she was originally from the same area as we live in and in fact had lived about 2 miles from where we do, what a small island we live on.With bookings finally completed, including the fantastic value for money meal deals, Kim took her time to explain the security system and the specific ways the swipe cards had to be used to gain entry into the building and then into the rooms. Kim is a credit to this hotel along with India who was also on reception the next day and who was also very helpful and polite in sorting out a problem that was no cause of the Premier Inn.Thanks to both of you.So to the rooms. As always with Premier Inn they were great value. Spacious, clean and tidy with a great bathroom, comfortable beds with extra pillows and duvets stored away tidily should they be needed. The rooms had room thermostats to control the temperature but these were not required because the rooms were warm enough without the need for heating.A great location and a fantastic base for our short break. Thanks everyone at this great Premier Inn”
