With a credit score of 620 never have any contract they told me my credit score is low and then the employee from castle court EE told me me to get a SIM card and wait 3 months after that they told me to wait another 3 months and still got nothing just a SIM card of 38.50£ basically they just feed you bullshit very disappointed!

I should of read the reviews first. Like someone else i stood for 10 mins without even being acknowledged. No greeting or be with you shortly. Had my phone booked in for a repair but they didnt even have the correct screen in after giving my phone details and IME1 number over the phone.
