Always found the staff here really helpful and friendly. Never had an issue. Ignore the negative reviews - people will moan about anything.

I bought Smart watch for blood pressure app but wasn't compatible with my phone so I wanted to return. I was told I should do research first and was refused to return the product. Also manager Andy gave me fake number for customer service ??
