Today I visited this store in York specifically to look for a gift from the Men’s section. The escalators by the door were apparently broken as they were barricaded across. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. The lovely Carol went out of her way to help me find a particular shirt and order another couple online. I was well and truly looked after.
