We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean & comfy, a bit small though. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast and our evening meal were very good. Easy access into York. Overall our package was very good value. I would recommend it.

We booked this trip on groupon. It was for a 2nt stay with Cream tea and Birds of Prey tickets for £99. After reading the reviews we were extremely skeptical of the hotel.However, please ignore the reviews its a lovely place. The rooms are very very basic, clean, but nothing extravagant. Our third time staying here, staff always really friendly and a great location for what we need. Rooms are cosy and with everything you need, bathrooms are always a good size. Would recommend!
