“Unfortunately my spectacles snapped at the nose bridge for no apparent reason? my spare glasses are over 5 years old and I couldn't use them to drive so I managed to get a lift to Heswall branch of Harris and discuss the problem with Ian and his receptionist they confirmed they had no frames like mine in store but if I could give them some time they may be able to helpI returned 1hour later and Ian came out to see me and to my amazement he had found a new frame with my pescription lenses installed and confirmed my glasses had a warrenty and no charge was dueThis can only be described as world class service many thanks to Ian and his team hope to be a customer for another 5 years”
