“I arrived for my appointment and was greeted at the door by a lovely lady who took my details and directed me to the waiting area. There were a lot of people in the waiting area so I expected to be there for a while but I was called through very quickly and had my first assessment and went back to the waiting area to wait for the eye test. The area although packed with people and minimal seats had air conditioning on this was much needed and made the wait much more pleasant. I was only waiting for 10 minutes before being called through for the eye test. My prescription had not changed since my last visit. Every member of staff I encountered treated me with kindness and respect and I did not feel pressured in any way to buy new frames leaving with my prescription for future use as and when I want to replace the frames I already have. I will continue to make appointments with Specsavers and take my prescription to them if I want to renew my frames in the near future.”
