“My visit to Norris green specsavers today 11/01/ 25 was the most pleasant informative eye examination i have ever ever received . The optician who done my test was very polite and also really helpful . Explaining everything to me . I didn't get her name but she was from Manchester store and was only covering today. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. Thankyou .”

Travelling up from London, as a customer of Vision Express in Walton on Thames, Surrey - I called Christy as i had forgotten my contact lenses and was already en route for a 3 day stay in Liverpool. “Boots are probably one of the most attentive opticians I have been with for my daughter. They always go above and beyond in every factor.. Yesterday for example they did a very detailed eye tests due to some distorted vision my daughter experienced which came on quite sudden. Robin is always so pleasant and friendly. All the staff go above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed. Jimmy is brilliant he has my daughter laughing and releasing any worries she has regarding her eye care. Ask for the optician he was fabulous I didn’t catch his name but he was brilliant. I expressed the concern I had for my daughter and he did such a thorough exam. Thank you.”

“After an horrendous experience at the Hunts Cross branch, that resulted in me walking out because of an unhelpful, jobsworth receptionist, I was amazed at the professionalism of this branch. From the second I walked in they were polite and friendly. The branch manager Louise helped me choose out 2 pairs of glasses that perfectly fitted my requirements, at a third of the price of where I normally go. Would def recommend this branch.”

“Lady called Jo helped me to develop my photo of my lovely dog that just passed to glory. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She spent loads of time helping me and I could see she was a busy lady but she helped me work the machine. I hope the bosses read this and promote her , this is the kind of staff you need.”

The front desk queuing experience is the worst and sometimes appointments running a bit late, but once you’ve gone through waiting, the service is great.
