Attended a wedding. This was an outdoor wedding, the weather managed to stay dry. The setting was perfect , excellant service from all the staff, in a fabulous part of the Wirral.

Terrible experience, the staff from entry point were extremely rude and unaccommodating. We ended up leaving after one hour of being in the hotel, considering we advised the hotel in advance we were there for a birthday it was extremely disappointing to receive such terrible service and have such a bad experience. Spa day package was very overpriced as treatments were short and of an extremely poor quality. It was clear the therapists were inexperienced.
Use of spa facilities was lovely but the floor around the pools were dirty because they let people wear outside shoes (rather than provide slippers/flipflops).
