“I attended a course at the Queens square Delta hotel this week and was incredibly impressed at the quality and attentiveness of the all staff at the hotel. From the reception desk to the waiting on staff everyone was welcoming and helpful, with really positive attitudes a credit to the company.”

“Danielle was excellent at advising me throughout the process of buying a new sofa, explaining each different option clearly and calmly. She did a fantastic job throughout. The only issue I had was not getting closure on whether she decided to have her dad’s lamb chops or go to the chippy for tea!”

“It's near a bunch of fast food place such as Nando's, McD (I'm boycotting), Domino's Pizza (also boycott) and Iceland.Parking is ample and free. Checking in was easy and straightforward. Room is decent and clean. Sink is pretty small, though.The amazing staff, Sabrina upgraded me to a family room for FREE when I asked about a room with a bathtub because I've been traveling for 5 hours and just needed to soak my back in a bathtub. She even asked me if I need a clean towel and refilled my coffee packets generously.Overall, I had a restful 2 nights stay at this Travelodge. I know some people give low reviews to Travelodge but it's a budget hotel and I think it exceeded my expectations, especially cause I've been to other Travelodge throughout the country.Highly recommend.”

“Everything in the room you would expect for the price. If you want more tea/coffe/milk just pop down to reception. Very clean. Only grumbles, heating resets itself to 20 degrees... too warm! Oh, and moving an elbow while sitting on the toilet dislodges the toilet rolls. Very poorly designed holder!Happy to call again.”

“Late arrival. Warm welcome. Room slightly underprepared but receptionist personally sorted everything. Great comfortable bed. Decent price. Good facilities. Sorted.”

“The sop was Dreams. A great range of beds to choose from! We even had a coffee as we chose. The choice if beds, bases etc is too much to list here but whatever you choose you won't be disappointed. Kelly served us and didn't push for a sale which made the experience a pleasure.”

“Cannot find any fault whatsoever. The lad in the shop was so helpful. Even recommended a fabulous tradesman to assemble. Couldn't have been more helpful. Delivery was when arranged, drivers were so lovely and took all the wardrobes etc upstairs in really hot weather with a smile on their faces. Your staff are a credit to you. The wardrobes are fab up. So pleased.”

“Stayed here last wkend. Really nice staff easiest check in. Phoned ahead for a ground floor room (disabled) and they accommodated me. Quiet and 2 great nights sleeps. Room is slightly dated as travelodges usually are but was clean and had what I needed. Thank you.”

“These guys were just amazing! Couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. Such sweet staff. We stayed in a newly renovated apartment and it was perfect. Our heater wasn’t working and they fully took the whole thing off the wall and fitted a new one to make sure we got sorted, insane!Location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we wanted and felt really safe. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again if we were in Liverpool.”

“Overnight stay with partner and wanted something cheap and cheerful - this was exactly that. Very good value for money, location VERY decent just a couple minutes walk to shops and bars. I upgraded the room for an extra £10 - this put us on the 7th floor (highest) right next to the lifts. We were concerned about noise but didn’t hear a thing .. it was a Thursday night though. Views were lovely due to being so high up. Room was clean and tidy. Shower could do with updating but you know what you’re getting with a travelodge!”

“We stayed here last week as we were going to a wedding close by. It's a lovely venue, the staff are exceptional, very professional, helpful and friendly. I'd left my laptop in the room and within five minutes of us checking out the reception were phoning to let us know. I really wouldn't have noticed until I had returned home to South Wales so this was very much appreciated. The room was very spacious and clean.”

“I'll start by saying location is subjective to your needs. And we wanted to be out of the central scuffle, but near a scenic area. The docklands are certainly that. We had a 9th floor room, 902! Looks right over the docks. Yes, there's also a ruddy huge skyscraper in the way too, but the scenes are background to the actual location we wanted in this place. Our room was comfortable, spacious. It had a desk/bureau. Coffee machine, kettle. The usual facilities! Annoyingly, the long mirror wasn't above the desk. For the ladies (and gents I suppose! This is Liverpool and this is 2024!) theres no where to do your face at close range ? Your facing a wall with the mirror behind you. If it just had a wee wooden shelf at stomach height we'd have ourselves a good mirror to work with. But I ALWAYS pack a mirror. A big one lol. So I used that instead.The bed wasn't as big as I was expecting. It's not Premier Inn sized, I'd say it was just bigger than a double but not a Queen. Pillows were comfy enough. No plug sockets next to the bed just USB connections. The wifi worked well. Top tip! If you have Google home speakers or an Alexa- take them! We have a Google mini speaker set up to our phones and it was so handy to cast music to and ask Google dumb questions.The bathroom was just a shower and floppy curtain. Perfectly good water pressure for the 9th floor. Body soap provided. No shampoo. Towels, yada yada, all good. One star off for no plugs next to the beds.Checkout was dead easy! Just pop your card in the box next to the desk if you feel like being antisocial. We didn't use the bar but did need the loo! Guess what. You need your card to get in one. So if you need the loo before you leave don't get rid of your card till last minute.”

“We just used the spa facilities here after getting off an overnight ferry and they were great all round. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was only £25pp to use the spa facilities which included a pool, a warm pool with jets, a sauna, a steam room, a shower , a seating area with a water cooler and then changing rooms with keypad locks, showers, and wet bags. You get a towel and robe on arrival and it was perfect for refreshing yourself after travelling.”

“My family and I stayed over the weekend. For the price, it was good. Our room had a fridge, washing machine, microwave, and all of the dishes we would need. They brought us up extra pillows, duvets and lou roll upon request. The staff were friendly. The area is great as a tourist but it does get loud at night so I recommend packing earplugs. I was shocked about the £100 deposit and wish that was mentioned before booking - but other than that the stay was great. The room was clean. The shower was above my expectations and the staff were lovely. I would definitely stay again.”
