“Dined in the London carriage works on the ground floor, absolutely phenomenal. I've had a few very high quality meals and this put them to the test but honestly for the price, kicks them out of the park! I couldn't fault it and they were obliging of dietary requirements of one party member. Cannot wait for the summer menu.Food & drinks: Utterly outstanding. The best food in Liverpool.”

“Super accessible to everything around us, walking distance to Liverpool Central, and just a stone's throw away from Lime Station.One negative comment is the beds. It's too soft and concaves the moment you lie down on it.”

“Stayed here recently for a wedding, the room was clean and shower was definitely more powerful than the average hotel room.More importantly they have excellent customer service, I accidentally left behind one of my airpods in my room, and they located it and sent it back to me ASAP. “Usual Premier Inn stuff.Clean room, easy access to the pub next door for food.Ideally located for working in Widnes and access into Liverpool.Food & drinks: There is a chain pub attached at the side, it's got a kids play area and unfortunately does show the football, which means it can be quite loud and busy when having dinner.”

“Great place and not overly expensive. Lovely staff, you feel your custom is welcomed, and the breakfast is top notch too. Rooms are clean and tidy with a good, hot shower and tea and coffee facilities. You're also right in the city centre and 10 to 15 min walk from everything from the docks to Mathew Street to rail and metro links. Highly recommended”

“We stayed for 1 night, this hotel was 5 mins drive from where we were collecting our new puppy, We arrived late at night in the pouring rain, the receptionist was welcoming and chatty, the room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and good value, all in all, a very positive stay, after a food night's sleep, we were ready to collect our puppy and drove the 5hrs home.”

“Janet on frount of house went above and beyond from the second we arrive until the second we left -Our family was on an early flight from Dublin on route our little girl became unwell, We arrived to the hotel with the hopes we could pay extra for a early check in - Janet completely took on the situation and made sure that we were all ok , directed us to the nearest pharmacy and also checked in on how we were doing throughtout our stay - its rare to find this level of customer services and appreciation - Janet made a situation that was stresfull very calm - we will be back”

“Held my sisters funeral here and linzi done everything she could to make sure it was absolutely perfect. Recommend someone for everything we needed and made sure that we didn't have to worry about a thing. All the staff go above and beyond for you ! Wouldn't go anywhere else”

“Wanted something to eat before heading home and had a lovely Sunday roast (chicken) and partner had hunters chicken. The meals were nice - hot, well presented and good value for money and a lovely selection of veg with the roast dinner. We enjoyed the great music as well as the air con - blistering hot day outside! Staff behind the bar were very ftiendly and welcoming and we would go back again.”

“Everything in the room you would expect for the price. If you want more tea/coffe/milk just pop down to reception. Very clean. Only grumbles, heating resets itself to 20 degrees... too warm! Oh, and moving an elbow while sitting on the toilet dislodges the toilet rolls. Very poorly designed holder!Happy to call again.”

“It's near a bunch of fast food place such as Nando's, McD (I'm boycotting), Domino's Pizza (also boycott) and Iceland.Parking is ample and free. Checking in was easy and straightforward. Room is decent and clean. Sink is pretty small, though.The amazing staff, Sabrina upgraded me to a family room for FREE when I asked about a room with a bathtub because I've been traveling for 5 hours and just needed to soak my back in a bathtub. She even asked me if I need a clean towel and refilled my coffee packets generously.Overall, I had a restful 2 nights stay at this Travelodge. I know some people give low reviews to Travelodge but it's a budget hotel and I think it exceeded my expectations, especially cause I've been to other Travelodge throughout the country.Highly recommend.”

“Modern furniture and bathroom. Very clean and lots of sun lights. The only thing that needs improvement is the shower curtain kinda short and it caused the water to spill out to the floor.”

“Great experience on my stay! I was here may 17-18, 2024.. their staff David and Mahmoud were really helpful! As A Beatles super fan it was nice to have a chat with David who recommended different tours about the fab four.. the only thing you should be aware is because of the hotels proximity to matthew street where the cavern club is, you would here loud music from all the live music goin on till 1am.. we'll definitely stay here again hopefully next year with my family”

This was an outdoor wedding, the weather managed to stay dry.
The setting was perfect , excellant service from all the staff, in a fabulous part of the Wirral.”

“This is my daughters uni accommodation, the flat communal areas are in need of a refresh as there was some damage to kickboards etc but her room is a good size and has everything she needed. The location is very central and any staff we encountered were friendly. Be warned if you are moving in though that there are no lifts until you get to the second floor so you have a lot of steps to walk up before you get to them.”

“Well what can I say!! Had my wedding here 12th august and it really was the best day of our lives. All the staff could not do enough and made the whole day run so smoothly with a lovely atmosphere. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and all my family and friends commented that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. It’s so well organised and the food was amazing. The gardens are beautiful too to get all your photos taken. Big thanks to Chelsea and Rachel to for all their help in planning the big day and apologies for the earache they must of had with me constantly emailing them asking questions. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m attending a family 30th birthday there this month too and I can’t wait. Also got Christmas Day booked for dinner and disco. It really is a fantastic venue. 100 percent would recommend it for anyone looking to book a wedding or party.”
