Frustrating and disappointing. The service was poor and staff don't care what they do, no one wants to help or work, dont check their products before selling, again the till dont check which if they did would be stopped and issue. Really disappointed as we were at rhe door at 4:50 PM today Sunday and store closing time is 5:00PM. They guy stopped us to enter the shop. I requested him that there are about 10 minutes left but he refused the entry and said we are closed. Can you compensate all the time i wasted and no entry was allowed.
Rude staff no wonder its closing down!! 4 members of staff were asked for help today, 4 members of staff said they'd come straight to me and none did. Walked out and saved myself just shy of £150, might not be much in the terms fir some people, but a day's wages fir others
