“Our deluxe room was spacious even with an extra bed added for our daughter. There was some street noise at night which was to be expected but we couldn’t hear neighbors at all. The entire hotel was beautiful, especially the staircases. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Finally, the location was excellent. Would highly recommend!”

There is a great range of products for babies, women, men, home, birthday cards and garden. I always find a beautiful summer dress in there at a great price. The quality is very good for the prices you pay.

I found using the self service tills is very daunting. I found it hard to take the security tags off my items and it feels like you're working there for free to be honest. The gentleman who helped me though was very kind and efficient at his job and was happy to help.

Grab a bargain but leave enough time to faff at the self service tills.”

“This is my local store which I use often. Nice store, plenty of space and well organised. The staff are friendly and helpful. While queueing recently I had a funny turn which was quite scary. The staff on duty both on the till and on the floor went above and beyond to help me. They got me a chair by the door for fresh air, they gave me water, one member of staff stayed with me throughout until my husband arrived and kept me feeling calm, the lady on the till kept popping over to check on me. I could see the shop was quite busy but the staff made time to make me feel safe and look after me. I want to say a big thank you. Your time and care was much appreciated. It really meant alot. “I'm not really into fashion jewellery but if when I want something a bit different then I go to Accessorize. They have a huge range of jewellery which is displayed clearly in sections of themes and colours, making it easy to find the perfect item. They have an excellent range of items for the holidays such as sunglasses, sarongs, hats and bags. They are not the cheapest you will find in the city centre but they are of a good quality and will last longer than cheaper alternatives. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They are more than happy to suggest something for you if you are a bit lost in the massive choice available here.”

“Not the best experience overall, but Toby saved the day! I can’t say I was impressed with the service at JD in Liverpool. The staff were generally very slow with everything and at one point, they even gave my trainers to another customer by mistake while I was waiting at the till to pay. It was frustrating and not what you’d expect from a well-known store.

However, what truly turned things around was the help I received from Toby in the menswear section. He really made up for the earlier inconvenience and left me with a positive impression in the end. Thank you, Toby!”
