“I bough ta second pair of shoes at Shoe Zone, well pleased with the first lightweight pair used for exercise and light use, the more recent pair were a sturdy men's shoes with rugged soles and very nice looking faux leather tops. Fine in the shop, only when I put them on again at home did I notice the loud squeezing . I just couldn't have worn these socially such was the noise.However after some advice from friends, the noise has gone because I treated rubbing areas around the tongue and laces with Dubbin.The shop and staff were as one would expect, tidy and helpful.”

“Cant fault the service, even though the store had internet issues meaning only one till was usable with no contactless. Samantha was courteous and polite in all the mayhem (total opposite to a sales assistant in another store I visited on the same day - not a next store!)”

“Good quality clothing, reasonable prices, I went to use the self scan checkout but the voucher I had had to go through a main checkout I'd already waited 10 mins until someone had come to help and told me this and the queue was long with only 1 person on the till, however the lady that had come to help opened up a checkout to put me through.”

“Hadn't used Matalan for a while, so had to work out the layout. Not difficult.A good selection of ladies jumpers but so thin, yarn too fine for our winter's. Christmas jumpers, have seen better designs. Miserable, dull, muted colours. Christmas is supposed to be a happy time, a celebration of Christ's birth.Brighten up, please.”

“Everything they seem to sell is just gym wear now . We're the use to sell a good selection of clothes I've been in a few stores an nothing of interest anymore all the same clothes with different brands on them . Bit of a shame really . Tend to shop elsewhere now”

“Jam packed full of trainers, walking shoes, football boots, football kits, tops, shorts, gym wear in fact as the name suggests SPORTS of all kinds. Very reasonably priced and online even more at good prices. The only thing I can find wrong with the store is there returns policy, if you dont exchange you will recieve a credit note that will last for 2 years not a monetry refund.”
