“I brought in a big lot of old bears that I wanted various things sorted with - stuffing added/removed, holes stiched up and old soinds removed. The staff were amazing! They were all so lovely and sorted all the bears super quickly and to such a high quality. I definitely recommend this store :)”

“Halfords in Edge lane ordered a bike for my grandson on Monday the lad who delt with me was great very helpful told I could pick it up on Sunday. Went on Sunday asked to show proof of purchase and the assistant brought out the bike checked it over lowered the seat made sure extras were on the bike explained about the service plan which was also told about when ordering but after seeing how complicated the bike was decided to go with it not pushed but guided he was very friendly and helpful grandson was really happy.”

“My friend and I had an appointment yesterday at 11.30 for Bra fittings. Everyone was so professional and kind. I personally was given very good advice and the young Lady dealing . with Me met all My needs. She was also a very good Sales Lady as I intend purchasing one bra and came away with two and orded the briefs to match. The young Lady was called Laura or Lauren. “Good selection on most popular outdoor, hiking, mountain climbing clothing and equipment brands. Not as big as costwolds. They do have mountaineering boots and small crampon selection which is very nice. Staff is friendly and informative. They also produce custom insoles. ? ”

“Love the art shop. Can always find seat in Costa. Lovely clean centre is the Metquarter. Sorry toilets have gone on top floor. Flower shop is lovely and different arrangements. Well worth a visit and go to GPO food varied. Back soon. X”

“One of the better Go Outdoors out there. Very big with loads of choice.
The only negative is I don't think they clean the changing rooms. You have to ask for them to be unlocked which is fine but then you're getting changed and the floors covered in bits, needs a good vaccum.”

“Excellent customer service re disability. We travelled by train for a hour yesterday for a day out,realising I'd forgotten my daughters access card. Spoke to a manager re queuing as que was wrapped around 3x and explained wed forgotten it but did have a picture on phone (for when needed to attach in emails). She told us where to go to avoid the que even without card on display. She really was a lifesaver for my daughter. THANK YOU”

“Every time I visit this store, I have had excellent service, the staff are really good and kind. But it's a long way to travel there and back home for me. Hence 4*rating, I also wish they would come to the house for returning items, not just delivering them.(as the sizes can be alittle confusing).
