So happy when walking through the shops and see a build-a-bear. I look in the window and see a Halloween stitch (honestly I’m a really big kid when it comes to lilo and stitch) so I just had to have it. We go in the store and I pick up my bear. We were told about the birthday bear whilst in another store so took our niece / cousin along. Staff were great and provided great customer service. They informed us of each step of building a bear and other items available. We purchased other clothes and accessories. Thank you for a great experience.
