“Not the best experience overall, but Toby saved the day! I can’t say I was impressed with the service at JD in Liverpool. The staff were generally very slow with everything and at one point, they even gave my trainers to another customer by mistake while I was waiting at the till to pay. It was frustrating and not what you’d expect from a well-known store.

I was then bombarded by what can only be described as a threatening rant of continually being called ‘Lad’ by staff. “Great store. The staff dont have an attitude problem like JD staff. Great staff here and very polite and helpful . I was served by a very polite young man who actually said I'll be with you in a minute.
I didn't even have to fight for his attention. His name was Micheal and he has a cousin called Emma that works on the tills she was equally as polite helped with my friends refund and exchange with ease. Smiled, polite and friendly.

Overall probably one of the best shopping experiences I've had in Sports Direct in L1.”
