very rude staff, I asked to buy a bag because mine was broken and a blonde cashier woman told me in a rude manner that I can not buy the bag without buy something, if my bag is broken I have to buy something else from the shop for replace my bag? That’s insane

Huge store, great service and range of products. A member of staff helped me find something straight away and was happy to help and polite. Great prices and found some items unique to Boots aswell. A*.
