“I just want to say how amazing our experience in lush Liverpool was! all the staff where so helpful but Dan in particular was spectacular. we got a tour of the whole place and a description of treatments and price ranges and activitys as well as a detailed description of their history. it was fascinating learning about all the different things that went into lush Liverpool and I would definitely recommend everyone to visit. from live florists and full spa facilities it is accessible and accepting of anyone and everyone and was just amazing. if you love lush, you will loose your mind over this one! don't walk there run.”

“Me and my fiancé had the most wonderful experience at the Liverpool store! We booked a ‘Scent your wedding’ appointment and Emma was amazing! We were given a glass of Prosecco, a hand/arm massage and purchased our fragrances & lotions for our special day! The engraving on the perfume lids and the personalised box adds such a special touch! We will be recommending to friends & family as we truly had a lovely time. “It's a nice store because here you basically can find everything. From perfums to make up and photo printers, it's a nice place to go when you go shopping. Down side was that we had to ask for help in the store to buy a perfum instead of they coming to us, but actually I think sometimes is nice to not pressure the buyer too, so I believe this is a relative point. Overall everyone was very kind and nice.”

“Stunning experience, truly!Walked in and the place was so quiet and tidy, and I was greeted warmly since as they pretty much had the place to themselves.They managed to direct me to what I needed straightaway and I even found the strawberry eau du parfum they don't stock online anymore! Quick transaction including all of the loyalty cards, student discount etc and we EVEN managed to fit in a fun conversation about phones, gym workouts and uh- [REDACTED]. ??Absolutely lit up my day, the store will be missing you after you move on to the next thing. ❤️”

“I visited the Boots pharmacy in Speke Retail a few weeks ago looking for herbal medication and I was lucky to speak with some very helpful members of staff who pointed me in the right direction! I really appreciated the time that Luke took to advise and explain the different products available. He was knowledgable and went above and beyond in helping me find the best medicinal herbs and remedies he recommended to try. “Always get what I need, staff are friendly and helpful, right from the Manager to the delivery driver they can't do enough to make you feel welcome and if they are not too busy you can get a nice cuppa from them. On my last visit I didn't even have to go and get my items as the warehouse boy Jack went and got them for me from the shelves while the delivery driver Billy made me a wonderful cup of coffee. Andrew the Manager came out of his office to ask me how I was, he always finds the time to be helpful and courteous and always gives you a truthful answer to your questions about the products. Also all the girl staff are well versed in the products and will try to match you to the best ones for you. 5 star service keep it please.”

“This Boots store is the largest in Clayton Square, it is opposite St John's Centre and a couple of minutes on foot away from Liverpool One and Liverpool Lime Street Station, it is a large store and is a good location within the city centre. The product range is good, they have a nice range of most products you'd expect to find in a Boots, including the Bulldog Skincare range which was the main purpose of my visit. There is an Opticians and Pharmacy area as you'd expect from a large Boots store. I did find the gift-sets to be a little poor, maybe that is because people of Liverpool seem to have raided the shelves as they are currently 50% off, but the selection is much better in Manchester, many big brands which are sold in the latter didn't seem to be sold here, but they did have some cool Twinings Tea gift-sets, which aren't sold in the former, however, they did seem to be damaged, ripped and one was even missing a tea-bag (thieves?) It's a large Boots store, the selection is pretty good, I do feel they should do more to maintain the quality of products, I get it isn't the store's fault to a full extent but they should be maintaining them and not selling products which have obviously been tampered with, prices were OK/competitive in the majority of areas. I do prefer my local Manchester - Market Street store as I find the selection to be slightly better, with more facilities overall, but this still is a good store in Liverpool. 4*”
