“It's a nice store because here you basically can find everything. From perfums to make up and photo printers, it's a nice place to go when you go shopping. Down side was that we had to ask for help in the store to buy a perfum instead of they coming to us, but actually I think sometimes is nice to not pressure the buyer too, so I believe this is a relative point. Overall everyone was very kind and nice.”

“Nice little game got a good selection of items. Staff are always friendly and helpful, stock is easy to find and though it can get cramped at times its not the worst ship I've been in. Just wished items were a little cheaper as a lot of titles seem way over priced for what they are. I miss my local one and its no replacement as that one had far more options to choice from. Its not the worst game ever the staff more then make up for where the shop is lacking ive never had an unfriendly member of staff.”

“The store is in a great location in Liverpool One near John Lewis. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars, were it not for the daft queuing system. Anyone entering the store has to queue in the doorway while waiting for a free member of staff. If it's busy, the main entrance is blocked. A waiting area with seats would be far better. The store is more than big enough to accommodate this.”

“Went in for a price match tonight. Manager was very helpful as were the rest of the staff. Manager was happy to honour the large price match as it fulfilled their company policy. Showed the evidence of a well known UK company beating Currys by 40%. The manager said 'fits the rules, put it through.'We were served by a girl who had 'never done a price match' (her words but she has now) and another guy wearing different coloured trainers which he said he did because of Autism awareness. Fair play.Staff were, friendly, straight thinking and frankly decent people.”
