Lovely staff. Excellent meal at the on site pub the Observatory. Would definitely stay again. Unfortunately left some clothes behind and awaiting return phone call.Food & drinks: Excellent service and good food.

Had a meal at the Beefeater next door. Food was ok the service was questionable and to be charged £13 for 2 mince pies and a hot drink because they where not on the normal menu.

Standard Premium Inn hotel, staff very good, location very convenient for our needs but a little away from city if you are looking for a night out.
