“The heating system was very noisy on the first night of our 2-night stay. However, when we reported this, the staff were extremely efficient and immediately solved the issue.”
“I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Premier Inn for 5 weeks, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Premier Inn. The staff were truly outstanding. Emma, Agata, and Nadine went above and beyond every single day.
They always greeted me with massive smiles, were incredibly welcoming, and made me feel right at home throughout my stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made such a difference, the service I received from them was unbelievable.
I’ve stayed in many Premier Inns before, but Emma, Agata, and Nadine are by far the best staff I have ever come across. They made my long stay so enjoyable, and I can’t thank them enough.
Highly recommend this hotel, 5/5 without hesitation!”

“We're in room 116, Rooms are clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable. Only downside is that we could hear 216 above us, Several time we thought the ceiling was going to come through, but you can't help that when children running and jumping. The staff are all so happy and actually smile at you and say hello! There is the Bar and Grill just minutes walk which do lovely food.I think this may be our go-to hotel when we come to watch the LCFC games. Could maybe do with a bar in the hotel with a games area eg pool table. We just need to find out if there is a bus route so we don't have to keep using Uber.”
“The hotel was an interesting one, in that the entrance on the ground floor has a table football area, but is dimly lit.Second, when I arrived to check in, the lift required a card key to scan, so I couldn't use it to access the first floor for reception.Third, there was no clear area on Level 1 to check in. I could see the area to register your car, but checking in was done at the bar, which is a new thing.Fortunately, my room request was taken into consideration, and I was assigned a room right by the lift. The volume of shower gel and shampoo in the room was low, and the light fixtures had cables that were not tucked away, so it looked messy overall. The bed was comfortable, and the use of a Rubik's cube-style extension cord was clever. The wardrobe was tiny, despite the room having a lot of space.Walkability: Literally a 5 min walk from the train station.Advice: Leave the train station and head Right. Do not cross the road, and follow the path, past the Premier Inn.You will see the Ibis in the distance. You can either access the hotel using the path, then a small set of stairs to the left, or down the main staircase and under the tiny car park.”

“Clean and well appointed rooms, good bar, convenient location for travelling but further from the city centre than we realised - very cheap and easily available taxis though.”

“My husband and I stayed at this travelodge Friday night. Lyn checked us in and was very helpful - she warned us the floors were creaky! We were given a room on the first floor and Lyn kindly changed our room to one facing the rear of the hotel. The room itself was very clean.Just to mention a couple of points; the window was left open after being cleaned and despite the heating being on full, the room felt rather cold during our stay. And, the kettle was rather dirty/grubby inside and out.We spoke to another lady called Sarah to get some coffee & milk refills and she was lovely.A 2 min walk across the road there is a tesco express for breakfast supplies.Overall, we had a good stay and if in the area again would stay again.”
