“Travelled down from Scotland to visit my ill mother so chose the Premier Inn Leicester South due to its location. Arriving at 6.30pm feeling exhausted we found the heating was not working in the room. After speaking at the reception I was given a oil heater that was in his office and was fine to get the chill off the room. The next morning a staff member apologised and advised they had refunded our breakfast cost which was unexpected but welcoming....we did not ask for it. As the hotel was full we could not change rooms so they did their best to keep us comfortable which we appreciated.Room was clean and fully stocked.”

“Wanted to check sizes and costs of two curtains. Easily found on shelf, sized and costed. Need to check drop and amount of turn up before purchasing. Clean and helpful staff wih easy parking made visit pleasant.”

“This furniture shop has been amazing, I found the wardrobe of dreams here at a great price compared to other shops. And the price included delivery and assembly.Just a few short months later I needed to move property unexpectedly and the thought of trying to take down and reassemble this mammoth of a wardrobe was daunting and so I got in contact with these guys again. They charged me a very reasonable price to dismantle transport and reassemble.The room it came into was only just big enough to complete set up of the wardrobe but the man soldiered through and completed the task.I am so very pleased with the service I have received and so grateful.”

“Bought desk online- best price I could find for the same desk after quite a bit of shopping around. Customer service and communication was excellent- calling prior to delivery and after to ensure receipt and make sure we were happy with our purchase. We managed to damage the desk and their support was excellent liaising with manufacturer who sent us a spare part. Very impressed. Would definitely buy from them again”

“The lady on reception there was so helpful to us on the evening of Wednesday 8th November when our car was smashed into from the rear by another vehicle at the entrance of the Travelodge. She showed concern and even made my wife and I a cuppa while we waited for the recovery lorry.”

“I recently bought 2 quilt sets from Linen Ideas for my daughters bedroom, a single and a double, both arrived pretty quickly When I was putting them on the beds, I found that the double set only had one pillow case. I got in touch with Linen Ideas and explained what had happened, within 2 days they had a new pillow case to me, at no cost to me. I would recommend there customer service team to anyone, they where a great help.”

“The room was small and the bathroom could have done with some TLC. But the service we got from start to finish was great and the location was easily accessible. My only real complaint was that the parking situation isn't great and the carpark is in a bit of a state (lots of potholes) which made it harder to get our belongings into the hotel.”

“Me and my mum have just been into the store, we were greeted warmly by Katie, who gave us a quick run down of the store and then allowed us to browse pressure free! I decided on the Detroit king sized bed, bedside tables and drawers (my first adult purchase). Katie then talked me through the delivery and finance processes easily and efficiently. I was nervous about making such a big purchase but she really put me at ease. She was very friendly and approachable and is very good at her job.”

“Very pleased with my stay i had two lovely ladies called michelle and chelsea on reception who helped me work my way to the room and was very polite and welcoming best service would definitely recommend would be coming again with family and friends also had a very nice breakfast and friendly service all requirements was met. Michelle and chelsea was very patient with me as this is the first time coming to Leicester and being unsure of my whereabouts they had helped me alot great staff! Great service ! And a lovely quiet sleep.Rooms: Rooms was very clean!
