I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Premier Inn for 5 weeks, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I?ve ever had at a Premier Inn. The staff were truly outstanding. Emma, Agata, and Nadine went above and beyond every single day.
They always greeted me with massive smiles, were incredibly welcoming, and made me feel right at home throughout my stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made such a difference, the service I received from them was unbelievable.
I?ve stayed in many Premier Inns before, but Emma, Agata, and Nadine are by far the best staff I have ever come across. They made my long stay so enjoyable, and I can?t thank them enough.
Highly recommend this hotel, 5/5 without hesitation!

First off the staff were excellent the stars are for them. Sharon on the phone who helped sort an adjoining room and the personal message waiting for us plus the chap on the desk as we entered who was friendly and good with the kids. Great service. Thank you!
The let down is the decision to turn off the AC in the whole hotel. Obviously this decision was made by some Premier Inn bigwig who has never stayed in the hotel at night or wants to live up to the company tag line ?a good night guaranteed?. The rooms were clean but super hot. The cheap £9.99 pedestal fan didn?t help the situation. It was noisy and didn?t cool anything down. Having 2 kids and an 8 month pregnant wife in tow meant an uncomfortable night for the adults with little sleep due to this heat. It wasn?t even a warm day outside!
However, The hotel is in a great location. 20 mins from the National Space Centre, near a cinema and food retail park and 10 mins away from the massive Fosse Park shopping area.
Easy parking and a pub next door for food and drink. They just need to switch on the AC so it?s not so hot in the hotel!!

Had a lovely stayed here in premier inn for our short weekend break visiting friends and attending a christening.
The service provided by the reception team is fantastic. Agatha was amazing the minute you check in she was very welcoming and friendly. My son's love watermelon and it was Watermelon Day and to celebrate it they had a free slices of watermelon and in our room kids had free goodies of watemelon sweets which made may son's so happy. Courtnay and Emma both amazing from the point of ordering there was no wait time at all their service was very quick and made sure to check with us that everything ok.

My wife and I use this hotel as a halfway stop over, a couple of times a year. Like all Premier Inns the rooms are very much of the same very acceptable standard. Historically the Beefeater building attached to the this hotel was open to the public and opened at 12:00 which was handy as we tend to arrive around 13:00 and now a day's rooms are not available till 15:00 unless you pay the earlier access charge. It is now only open to residents and doesn't open till 17:00, fortunately right across the road is The Bees Knees which does a good selection of drinks and food all day.
The limited staff are very good, efficient and friendly.

For a premier Inn this is just 'OK' , rooms are clean but the shower/bath is a let down, Very weak shower. Stayed here during a warm weather period and the room was supplied with a fan.
The restaurant is in an adjacent building, the staff are friendly and welcoming however the food is not, it is very bad quality. My small group of 3 had 1 evening meal here and it was not the best experience. We received the main course before the starter as did the table next to us. The waiting staff were quite embarrassed and apologetic. Would i stay here again? only if i required a room and no food then yes.

A big thank you specifically to Bray the night receptionist. Incredibly hospitable and friendly, he extended a merciful arm of generosity to us in the dead of the night qs we were stranded due to an admin mishap with another reservation elsewhere. He went the extra mile in finding another branch we could stay in. If all your staff are like this, it must be a great hotel! Thanks Bray
