“MATT, JACK, LEWIS, STUART, MATT!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with the fantastic team at the Hinckley Halfords store, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. I purchased a Carrera Vengeance E Spec Electric Bike, but it needed some parts to get it up and running. From the moment I walked in, Matt & Jack, went above and beyond to ensure everything was diagnosed accurately and promptly. On this occasion i even caught then during a shift change and Matt held back trying to find suppliers to source the parts needed. They even didn’t charge me for the initial inspection, which is a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction. jack's approach was that it needed to be right first time round... like he said he and matt wanted me enjoying the bike outdoors rather than having it indoors.

The team also carried out a complimentary safety inspection, during which I decided to upgrade to the Slime inner tube. The store manager was excellent in overseeing the repair, ensuring that my bike was restored to a like-new condition, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result.i can only say that his leadership in managing the store was evident as could be felt by my manay visits and head scratching moments. Regardless of the time and even on occassions when i called in about a half hour to closing they still were on hand to assist and answer my amateur questions.

Matt, Jack, and the team provided a level of care that truly stood out. Jack suggested I take out the service plan for added peace of mind, which was a great recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. Matt also took the time to ensure my brakes were set up properly for a mechanical bike, which was invaluable.

I am really grateful for their expertise and customer service, and I wholeheartedly recommend this team at the Hinckley store. I’m so happy I chose to build my personal eBike with the original Halfords Epec frame for the stiffer build, and thanks to Matt, Jack, and the rest of the team, it’s in perfect working condition now.

Thanks again to Matt, Jack, and everyone at the store – you guys are amazing! I hope you enjoy the donuts when you get a well-deserved break.

- ECU Changed not fault
- PAS Sensor changed, Protected it with a 3D Printed One to stop this occuring again
- Full Bike Strip and rebuild
- Full Brake Rebuild, advised to install Hydraulic system due to mileage
- Future Proof Punctures by fitting slime inner tube
- Gear Service

“After not gaming for a few years I decided one morning to go cex and buy a pre owned Xbox one and GTA v. Not had any faults yet and it came with warranty. The controller was the standard controller but it was grey not black. As it was a black console. To buy this colour would be more than a standard black one so I can't complain. They basically gave me a more expensive controller. £105 for the console and £15 for the game. £120 all in I couldn't complain.”
