“I had the BEST customer service I’ve had in a long time from a lovely girl called Emily in store today!She was SO helpful and nothing was too much trouble! I had a voucher to use and she made sure I got the right accessories I needed for my bike and made sure I made use of all discounts available to me that I didn’t know I had to get the most out of the voucher!I bought some lights for the bike and she even put the batteries in them and attached them to the bike for me - she got a colleague to carry the bike out and put it in my car for me and she was just so attentive and patient!She’s an absolute asset to your company and I walked out thinking what an amazing experience I’d just had with her :)”

They basically gave me a more expensive controller. £105 for the console and £15 for the game. £120 all in I couldn't complain.”
