“Great little tech pawn broker,Wide selection of phones and computer equipment - mainly games and console based but saw a Raspberry Pi and M.2 SSD's etc so well worth a look if your into tech - good selection of smart phones and watches, tablets and PC's too.All genres of computer games new and old - All the stuff is preowned so is at big saving to new.I went in to sell a few old phones and bits, had to deal with a few NPC style generic staff at the start which looked like it was going to be a nightmare but after speaking to a guy named Zoltan he sorted everything out, communicated really well and involved the manager who turned out be to be really sound too.I was so confident by the service I received that I decided on a voucher rather than cash as they gave a stringent but fair assessment of the goods that I had dropped in so would feel confident dealing with them and the products they supply.”

“Our cooker packed up and after a shocking misadventure at Curry’s came across these guys. Very welcoming in the shop, we found and bought a new cooker at £70 less than Curry’s and the best thing?... it was delivered an hour later, yes that’s right an HOUR! Even took the old one away for a tenner.Once again the local family run shop shows how it can and should be done!!Thank you so very much!”

“I just brought a new Samsung 75 inch Qled tv and it's amazing. This place had great customer service Abbas spent his time giving me the specifications of all the choices and helped me choose the perfect tv. The delivery was done by Ziggy and Jamal just really good customer service they took their time. Honestly can't recommend this place enough if you require old fashioned customer service this is the place for all your good they sell so much stuff from will definitely be using again.”

“I had an issue with a 55 inch LG TV switching off at random times, within a 30 minute window. Was quoted £65 for the repair. Left it on a Monday and got a call to collect it on the following Friday. Two months later, the TV is still working as it should. If anything, the shop could be a little less crowded with things. It's literally full of random electronic stuff lying on the floor.”

“Large variety of almost anything you could possibly need, be it books, clothes, games, music, dvds etc. Does lack organization, with specific items (eg cd’s) being difficult to look for. However, it is run by a lot of volunteers so it is understandable that they may need to divert resources to other aspects of running the store. Staff are quite nice too.”

“You can tell the quality of a supplier/shop not by when everything goes right (although we always want that), but when things go wrong.I recently bought a Project E1 BT turntable - all the big names were out of stock and Frank Harvey's had one left. Not used them before, but ordered and paid for next day delivery - next day it arrived. Brilliant!Upon opening and unpacking it, I found that the shaft has snapped, just where the counter balance was. The box had arrived sealed and in good condition, so was gutted to see this.Called FH and spoken to Mark, they didn't have any more in stock so he needed to talk to the supplier - after then weekend :(First thing Monday, had a call from Mark - supplier had stock and replacement ordered. Wednesday the return was picked up and today the replacement has arrived. Perfect.The E1 is now all set up and hooked up to the Bluetooth, and I know that is counter getting a turntable in the first place, but my other half has all the 45's that her grandparents used to buy. They would take it in turns, save up and get a new one each weekend between them.We've invited her parents over and unknown to them we'll now be able to play the records that they used to hear when growing up again - sometimes it's not about the quality, but the memories.Huge thank you to Mark who sorted this out so promptly - excellent service.Mike”

“After being disappointed and disheartened by some local stores rudely refusing my guide dog in training entry to their stores, this store was happy to let him in, my dog was automatically met by love and affection from the staff and pharmacists, him and myself and so grateful for this and I'm so proud of this store adhering to edi ensuring diverse needs are catered for, the store allowing him access also really helped my dog’s development as he has recently been shop trained, a key task required for when he becomes a guide dog to the blind, thanks boots you’re amazing”
