“Popped into Halfords after a bike ride gone wrong, encountering a puncture just after riding by. Brought my bike into the store and straight up to the bike section where Rob (Bike technician) was amazing with getting the bike's inner tube replaced quickly. His knowledge of bikes was fantastic, and I found myself talking to him about the new bike I had bought and him recommending bits that suited what I wanted, including letting me know what was on offer in-store currently vs what I could order online. Ended up picking up some puncture repair kit/bits, and a quick once over of the bike while Rob had it on the stand, I was away and back on my bike ride home. Rob's customer service was second to none and made for a very enjoyable (although under bad circumstances) trip to Halfords. Will definitely be using this branch of Halfords again - Thank you Rob!”
