Very uncomfortable experience and patronising customer service… The customer advisor made me feel like I’m stupid when I asked him to repeat the questions he asked. i went to open a acount the lady in counter unhelpful and patronising staff 26/11/22 , made me wait and queueing up 3 times and couldnt even help open this online acount i made' i have banking over 30 years i' ve never been treated like this very unprofeesional staff at counter she was very rude .

I'm appalled with the service they can't seem to get through to you I've fetch all nessasary paper work and they say I do not live at this address they cannot find my address but you send me lots of letters from Preston branch ov Halifax some one needs to do there job I'm appauled with the service I've received
