We purchased a chair today from the Burnley store. Jill was very helpful and went out of her way to source casters for us. The chair was delivered by Duncan within an hour and it was after 5pm! Excellent customer service. Thank you

Burnley. The service at Burnley HSL was excellent .The staff in store were helpful , welcomingand friendly . They couldn’t do enough for us, offering advice , refreshments and even an umbrellato shield us from the rain as we walked to the car! My mother was very pleased with the chair sheselected and it was delivered...

Bought a settee and chair at 3 o'clock delivered at 3 30 same day plenty of choice and excellent service would recommend to any body to look there
