“I had a solid-wood kitchen worktop offcut for which I needed two simple cuts to make shelves. Rang 4 or 5 companies, went to B&Q and none was interested because I didn't get the wood from them even though I was willing to pay £20-£30.Called here and they asked for just a £5 and did it immediately.I was so pleased I offered them more but Mick, the guy that did the carrying and the cutting, wouldn't hear of it - "a box of teabags would be nice... we all drink tea here". Duly delivered!”

I should also point out all this was done over the phone, and we hadn't seen the bed until after it had been delivered at our mum's , and I am very pleased to say.
