“This is a very grateful 'Thank you'! I knew my recent order for two 'specials' - Lambs Leather in Golden Olive and Silver was delayed - (?mislaid?!!) - and then it arrived! It was a bit late for our son's birthday but he is delighted with it and excited about how he can use it. He took up leather work a while ago and he has proved adept at making a wide variety of items, from leather satchells and handbags, hats and dragons (!) to small and delicate items and items which need lining. He already has several ideas for his new leather! I think it makes a welcome relaxation from his 'everyday' job 'trouble shooting' for a national company!! “First time visiting and we went for a work/not work Christmas do. One of the others who attended had booked the table and the festive buffet. Oh boy was the food good! There was so much of the food aswell that we could have easily fed another 5 people. So much so a lot of us took boxes home stuffed full of the food! Drinks were great if a little pricey and the atmosphere was Brill.”

“I'm delighted I found this shop, and I mean delighted. I'd used another local repairer previously and I was very British and didn't complain, but my approach shoes were never the same.

Birros have done a fantastic job on replacing the sole and heal unit on my LOWA approach shoes, the sole is a proper chunky Vibram and the repair makes them as new, but already comfortable.

I will certainly use this repairer again, breathing new life into quality boots is just great.
