“The furniture is very good quality. The reason I don't give 5 stars is we purchased a dining room set in their sale. We were informed we had to have the chairs and bench as it was all part of the set.
Upon delivery, it is pointed out that the chairs do not match. We spoke to the customer service who were getting somebody to call us back- this didn't happen, so we called in a couple of days later.
Spoke to the manager who basically said it is bought as seen and was pointed out at the time of purchase - it wasn't. He agreed that he would change the chairs but they would be more grey rather than beige and he would call us back in a couple of days yo arrange - that was 2 weeks since- still waiting for the call”
