“Ordered the Rocky Chesterfield sofa from them in blue.Order was placed at the end of November 2023 and sofa was delivered about 2 weeks later, much earlier than expected considering it was fairly close to Christmas.The sofa itself looks amazing, is solidly built and very comfortable. The seats are quite firm and supportive.The back of the sofa is fairly low so we bought some extra throw pillows which look good and give a bit more back support.Overall we are very happy with the sofa and the service we have received from Northern Comfort Furniture.I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new sofa.”

“Every bed store needs a Will!
Coming from a sales background myself, I instantly upon approaching dreams bed shop knew that the seller was pushy and on commission to sell the most expensive bed that was apparently on offer! Avoided within minutes.
I then took myself down to prestige beds and was greeted by Will. Will was very polite, professional, and was more interested in my budget and what my needs were and did not try to force a sale in anyway. Will put a pretty good deal together and upon returning as promised because of his excellent customer service he soon managed to resolve a minor issue I had. He was smart and very focused and if you are in any need of a new bed or ideas go and see Will! Every store in Burnley could benefit from this chap! Excellent and friendly. Thanks Will.”
“Excellent, placed online order on Thursday with expected 3-5 working days delivery.Delivery arrived Friday morning, less then 24 hours later.Slight confusion of the dimensions of a item, but it was a mistake on website, called the branch to inform them and later on checked website and it has already been corrected.Overall excellent service.”
