17-19 Grosvenor Rd“Went to change some account details on a saturday morning (without an appointment) and was glad to be sat down with a lovely member of staff who was able to sort out everything I needed, was very courteous and friendly and made me feel at home. I didn’t have to wait long especially since I hadn’t booked ahead in advance, and she went above and beyond to help me. A very pleasant visit and would definitely recommend - wish I had asked her name so I could give specific praise, but overall everyone there seemed to be doing a great job. Will gladly visit this branch again.”

2 & 4 Calverley Road“Tunbridge Wells branch.Alison was great very helpful and polite answering all our questions, opened account so easy and quick (unlike Santander told go online guy sounded like a machine so unhelpful we walked straight out) walked into Metro Bank what a difference, a refreshing experience so glad to deal with real people we didn't have an appointment, seen within 5 minutes even thanked for waiting. Thank you”

“Went to change some account details on a saturday morning (the branch was very busy which says something about its popularity!) but I was seen to very quickly where I was directed to the customer service/banking counter. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly and easily they were able to make the changes I needed and the staff member who assisted me was very friendly, efficient and made the experience a super positive one. Can’t fault Nationwide and their no-nonsense processes backed up by great staff.”
