10-12 The Martletts“Really very good and helpful to me in my visit earlier on where I needed quite wide ranging account help to sort out multiple experienced problems. I was having quite a struggle day with my suffered Asperger's and the staff together worked through all that needed to be done one to one with me. So I managed in the end to sort out about 90 per cent of my difficulties. The young lady that helped me the most was especially proficient and rather wonderful in every way necessary. Highly impressed indeed with her.This really fine performance of help to me, when too I was having phone troubles and couldn't access details I needed to on my phone too, was immensely crucial. Following disappointments of many failures in past days, including that morning in trying and being frustrated to get things I desperately needed done with my account through the App and the Telephone service. Which had failed me throughout.Result. Very pleased in the end finally to get things of weeks overdue needing being done completed. Left very impressed with the capababilities and kindness of the staff team at the Crawley branch.”

16/18 The Boulevard“Disgusting customer service. Wanted to withdraw a sum of money, got bombarded with questions as to what the money was for and that they wanted to see invoices/quotes for items being purchased. Not too sure how I can provide this until I have actually purchased the item! I came prepared with my ID but they still wouldn't allow me to withdraw the money. They said they were only trying to protect my interests but why bombarded me with questions as to what the money is for (which is none of your bloody business) what is it to you what I want to spend my money on! you can protect my interests by confirming my Id and going through security. I will be looking into closing all my accounts with NatWest and transfering my money to a bank that will allow me access to my money”

7 The Boulevard“Location was wrong on Google maps, it is up by Debenhams end not Boots end of the mall.\\n\\nFairly busy on a Saturday afternoon but open later than others which is really helpful. Have self service machines that are a brilliant idea but fairly complicated and easy to get wrong and I'm pretty tech savvy! Helpful staff though. Would probably be better more staff behind counter and no self service but perhaps if I used it more often I'd be better at the self service.”
