“I went to Redhill Nationwide Building Society today the 5th of February.
I am new to the branch and everyone was just brilliant. I briefly met Adam I think his name was , very polite and patient as I wasnt sure what I needed to do.
I would like to pay a special mention to Sandra she was extremely helpful and took time with me as well.
Sandra ran through everything to the point with me and clarified everything I needed nothing was too much trouble for her.
I can not praise her enough she made me feel welcome and was so professional just brilliant.
Sandra is a true credit to the branch at Redhill she really is - thanks so much Sandra”

“I have spoken to and been into see Sam at the Redhill branch a few times over the last couple of days making enquires about a few products at Santander. He is very well spoken and really easy to talk to, showing real interest in my situation and finding different ways to offer help. He was also very empathic and nice when things didn't go quite as planned. All in all even though I didn't leave with the answers I wanted, the whole experience was made better by his brilliant customer service. Highly recommend Sam at Santander Redhill! :)”

“I was served by a very kind lady - Jignasha - who helped me to sort out a problem that was partly my fault, partly the bank's. I was only in the UK for a few days and she did everything she could to resolve the issue before I had to leave. The only reason I'm giving four stars not five is because the card machine at the reception desk wasn't working, so the process took longer than it should have done, but this was a technical issue, not the fault of the staff.”
“I have spoken to a few very rude unprofessional cusromer service advisors from.santander finance. But today by chance I spoke to a very polite friendly and professional indian lady called GEITA (not sure if I spelt her name correctly) she is a credit to santander consumer and others who work their should take note and learn how to give great customer service like GEITA!!”
